Find a feature

Type what you want to do and get the clip that shows it and the docs page that explains it.

taiku how takes a few words and answers with the feature they describe: a link to a short clip of it working, and a link to the docs.

$ taiku how split screen
Terminals & tiling: Tiled layouts
  Demo  https://d1fuom38l87cin.cloudfront.net/demos/empty-workspace-new-terminal.b1e33a438c51dae7.mp4
  Docs  https://docs.taiku.live/docs/guides/window-management#tiled-layouts

Ask however you would ask a person. taiku how share a session, taiku how do I share a tunnel and taiku how btw all work: words like "do I" are ignored, other names for a feature are known, and a slash command finds the feature it belongs to. A small typo is fixed, and the answer starts with what it searched for instead:

$ taiku how shre a sesion
Showing results for "share a session"

Add --open to open the clip in your browser, or the docs page when there is no clip. With no words, taiku how lists every guide with one line about each.

When nothing matches, it suggests up to three things you may have meant and prints a link that opens the docs search with your words already typed in. It exits 1 then, so a script can tell.

It works offline: what it searches is the docs site, built into the CLI.
